Masons Music Ltd is a wholesale company and only supplies other businesses, if you wish to obtain a copy of our catalogue please supply us with details of your trading status (a letterhead or business card will do fine as will the URL of your business web site). You can place orders by the easiest method for you; post, fax, email or telephone. Once we receive an order it is generally ready for despatch within three days, though it may be a little longer during the busiest times (mid summer and the run up to Christmas).
We can accept payment by cheque (in GBP, drawn on a British bank), credit card (MasterCard, Visa and JCB), debit card (Switch and Delta), bank transfer and IMO. Goods are despatched on receipt of cleared funds or confirmation of payment, depending on the method used.
Orders to be delivered in the UK are charged at GBP 6.50 per order unless quantity of clearance items are ordered, in which case postage will be charged at cost. Please call for pricing details if unsure. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles are charged at GBP 12.00 per order. International orders, which include the Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands, are charged postage at cost. Mainland UK orders are sent using City Link and international orders are sent through either UPS, Parcelforce or TNT, depending on distance and price. If you already have a carrier you prefer to use we will not charge you postage and you can arrange for your carrier to collect.
